Cole can sit

Well as you can see from this picture - it's probably time to retire the bouncer. I'm afraid he'll get too much momentum and just turn the whole thing over. Especially since I keep it up on the counter (out of Carter's reach).

His first real sitting pose, I had the camera on hand because I knew it was coming soon. He is still using his hands as a tripod, but will pick one up to grab a toy and balance with the other. I bet he'll be sitting completely upright by this weekend ...

Sitting on a bed in the guest room of Mom and Dad's house. He was so proud of himself.

Well, you gotta fall over eventually :)

And here is a picture of Carter with his friend Luke. We were at his sister's, Caroline, birthday over the weekend. This picture is the epitomy of summer. Two little boys sitting on a picnic table, drinking Capri Sun under an umbrella, eating hot dogs and cheetos with a baby pool in the background. Yep - that's summer to me!
